Refund policy

We have no return policy, which means good purchased can not be returned it may be exchanged if the product is seal pack with proper invoice must required and are liable for limited products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Mostly Gadgets Don’t Come with Local warranty Customer have to Claim itself internationally, you can ask Jumbo tech for warranty Related Status.
• All Product Which are with warranty card or E- WARRANTY only Claimable by Company Support center not by Jumbo tech
• if limited checking warranty is provided it means its provided for software support only
  
• The checking warranty of jumbo tech or product limited Support can be terminated without any prior notice
• Only products which are shipped with insured amount will be refunded and refund amount is 70 % of total product cost and refund will be provided by Shipping company not Jumbo Tech , We make sure that your product will be refunded.
  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
